The present invention relates to a rotating and fixing device for laser cladding work. An objective of the present invention is to provide a rotating and fixing device for customized laser cladding work which comprise a frame unit, a power unit disposed on one side of the frame unit to provide a rotational force, at least one fixing unit disposed on the frame unit to fix base metal, and a cooling unit disposed on one side of the frame unit to cool the base metal to prevent the base metal from reaching or exceeding a prescribed temperature to minimize a defect rate by uniform growth and heat treatment of the base metal using a laser cladding method. To achieve the objective, the fixing device for fixing base metal to effectively perform a heat treatment on the base metal by a laser cladding device comprises: a frame unit (110); a power unit (120) disposed on one side of the frame unit (110) to generate and transfer a rotational force; at least one fixing unit (130) which is disposed on the frame unit (110), and rotates the base metal at a prescribed speed by the rotational force transferred by the power unit (120) while fixing the base metal; and a cooling unit (140) to measure a rising temperature of the base metal fixed by the fixing unit (130) during a heat treatment by the laser cladding device (4) to cool the base metal if the temperature is higher than or equal to a prescribed temperature.
