The peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No. 1 or SEQ ID No. 2 of the present invention promotes the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and promotes the proliferation and activity of periodontal ligament fibroblasts. The peptide of the present invention increases BMP signaling such as smad1 / 5/8 phosphorylation to ultimately exhibit osteoblastic activity by increasing osteoblast growth and expression of differentiation markers such as COL1A1, BSP, and ALP. The peptide of the present invention promotes the growth of periodontal ligament fibroblasts through PI3K and Akt phosphorylation and increases the expression of active markers such as COL1A1 and DSPP, ultimately exhibiting periodontal regeneration activity. The present invention provides a composition for preventing or treating bone diseases comprising the above-mentioned peptides, and a composition for preventing or treating periodontal disease.
