The present invention relates to a steel fiber reinforcing telegraph pole capable of improving tensile strength by a pretension method and a manufacturing method for the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the steel fiber reinforcing telegraph pole includes: a steel bar vertically installed for structural performance; concrete reinforced by a steel fiber to suppress a fine crack by accommodating the steel bar inside; and an anticorrosive agent coated on the outside to prevent corrosion and improve durability of the concrete after the concrete is cured.
