PURPOSE: A structure and a method for reinforcing a concrete telephone pole using aramid fiber are provided to easily reinforce a decrepit telephone pole by partially constructing the telephone pole without complete replacement, and to prevent the separation of a reinforcing plate according to adhesion deterioration due to climate changes after construction. CONSTITUTION: A structure(100) for reinforcing a concrete telephone pole using aramid fiber includes a filling adhesion layer(110) and a reinforcement layer(120). The filling adhesion layer is formed by spreading a fill primer on the outer periphery of a telephone pole(10). The reinforcement layer adheres to the filling adhesion layer. An aramid reinforcement plate including aramid fiber is formed into the reinforcement layer. The reinforcement layer is an aramid fiber sheet which surrounds and adheres to the outer periphery of the telephone pole, or is an aramid fiber panel which is a bar longitudinally adhering to the telephone pole.
