The present invention relates to a processed surface quality analysis method to check a processing quality of machine tools capable of determining problems during processing through processed surface roughness analysis whereby roughness data of a processed surface and data of processing conditions are fused. According to the present invention, the method comprises: (S1) a step of measuring the surface roughness of the material to be processed; (S2) a step of calculating a length per step, measured length (L), and a number (ND) of measurement data of the surface roughness; (S3) a step of calculating actual processing time (s-time) with respect to the measured length per step through a moving speed (mm/sec) of a machine tool during operation; (S4) a step of converting actual processing time (s-time) with respect to measured length per step calculated in a step (S3) into a sampling frequency (s-frequency) in the machine tool; (S5) a step of detecting a dominant frequency range by performing a fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis for surface roughness data with the sampling frequency (s-frequency); and (S6) a step of analyzing a problem of the machine tool by comparing the detected frequency range with the dominant frequency range in accordance with various problems during operation of the machine tool.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
