Disclosed are a maintenance cost reducing system and a cloud-based payment service method associated with a platform server. The maintenance cost reducing system comprises: a tenant company terminal which is installed with an application or a web program capable of accessing a platform server or a cloud server; a service providing company server which is operated by a service providing company providing a service to a tenant company or employees of the tenant company and transmits and receives information with the following platform server; the platform server which integrates and provides a plurality of services provided by a plurality of service providing companies and provides product and service purchase request details received from the tenant company terminal to the service providing company server; a financial payment institution server which provides payment information about a product and service paid by a tenant to the platform server, pays product or service costs, and is connected to the following cloud server through a wired or wireless network; and a cloud server which provides a database, networking, a storage, and a web to the tenant company or the employees of the tenant company.
