The present invention relates to a precompression loading construction method of a basic pile construction for a building remodeling construction, which is able to apply high torque on a pile when loading a precompression and can be used in the reinforcement, restoration, and enhancement of an existing pile for the building extension, remodeling, and partial subsidence of a structure by inserting a pile to an accurate depth. The method comprises: a pile penetration step of installing a pile; a step of installing a precompression load fixing support unit for supporting a precompression load during loading; a step of installing a precompression load pressurizing unit which loads a precompression load to a pile inserted through the precompression load fixing support unit; and a precompression loading step of loading a precompression to a pile by operating the installed precompression load pressurizing unit. The provided precompression loading construction method for a building remodeling construction is able to: stably load a precompression to a reinforcement pile during the remodeling of a building, the subsidence of an existing building, and the reinforcement of an existing pile since a pile can be inserted to an accurate depth by high torque by loading the precompression to the reinforcement pile by screwing; and smoothly deliver a great load not only by measuring a load generated in the reinforcement pile by applying a load cell but also by enabling a screw part of generating a load through a rotation for loading to the reinforcement pile in a vertical direction by a bearing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
