According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cluster construction apparatus for providing customized computing resources for multiple users includes a submit module, a central manager module, and an execution node module. The submit module receives a task script file for a task to execute a dockerized image file. The central manager module receives and stores the dockerized image file of a user, periodically collects information on a queue of a task corresponding to the received task script file and information on a resource state of at least one execute node from the submit module, and match-makes the task and the at least one execution node module based on the collected information.
