The present invention relates to a container-type plant cultivation and aquaculture system utilizing independent new and renewable energy which provides an energy independent type plant factory without supply of an external power source as a hybrid system using photovoltaic and wind power, and which creates an environment enabling the plants and the fishes to coexist each other, and performs plant cultivation and aquaculture at the same time by utilizing nitrogen and phosphorous components of aquaculture excretions as a fertilizer of plants and purifying ammonia that is harmful to fishes, thereby returning the purified ammonia to the fishes as an aquaponics type system which performs aquaculture and hydroponics at the same time. A container-type plant cultivation and aquaculture system utilizing independent new and renewable energy according to the present invention largely includes a container, a hydroponics part, an aquaculture part, a solar energy generation part, a wind power generation part, a battery, an LED part, a temperature and humidity adjusting part, and a control part.
