Disclosed are a method of providing an accommodations use service and a system for providing the accommodations use service. The method of providing an accommodations use service according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: making a list of empty rooms in each accommodation fit for a room rental condition in response to a service execution command of a user terminal and providing the list to the user terminal; assigning, as terminal information that the user terminal has, key information for a target empty room selected to be reserved from the list of empty rooms; and transmitting, by the user terminal that approaches within a predetermined distance from the target empty room, to a door lock device installed in the target empty room to unlock the door lock device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
