The present invention relates to a powder or granular recycled asphalt additive including 15-50 wt% of process oil, 20-70 wt% of an oil-containing body, 3-20 wt% of an adhesion imparting agent, 5-30 wt% of a polymer modifier, 4-20 wt% of a viscosity adjusting agent, 2-10 wt% of a peeling preventing agent, 1-10 wt% of a special compatibilizing agent, and to a recycled asphalt concrete mixture obtained by mixing 0.1-0.5 wt% of the recycled asphalt additive with a conventional recycled asphalt mixture on the basis of the weight of asphalt concrete. A powder or granular recycled modified asphalt additive and a recycled modified asphalt mixture which improve the quality of recycled modified asphalt concrete pavement, compared to conventional general pavement, can be provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
