The present invention relates to an experiential learning tool for learning development and intelligence development and, more specifically, to an experiential learning tool capable of enabling each user to complete different pictures after arranging a block in which various pictures such as animals, plants, figures, numbers, patterns, and the like are drawn on a background board already designed and fixing the block using a fixing pin, and of enabling the user to continuously complete other picture by separating the background board and the block after the picture is completed. Also, the experiential learning tool enables the user to complete users own picture by randomly arranging the block on which the various animals, the plants, the figures, the numbers, letters, patterns, and the like are drawn, on the background board in which various background pictures are drawn. Therefore, the experiential learning tool can cause interest and can improve organizing power, creativity, and a practical ability. The experiential learning tool comprises the one or more background boards (10), a main body (20), the multiple blocks (30), and the fixing pin (40).
