The present invention relates to a mobile terminal, including a wakeup module reacting to a CBS marketing message, and a CBS marketing message push system and a marketing method to target a specific application in a specific area by using the same. According to the present invention, the mobile terminal, including a wakeup module reacting to a CBS marketing message, comprises: an operating system supporting an operational environment for at least one medium application, having a plurality of users, and at least one marketing application, distributed by a marketing host, while receiving a CBS marketing message targeting a specific application among the medium application and the marketing application; a wakeup module operated in a background of the operating system, displaying a push alarm message when receiving the CBS marketing message including a unique package name to identify the specific application through the operating system, and switching an idle state of the specific application to an active state depending on what a user selects; and a display part providing a popup screen to display the whole content of the push alarm message. Therefore, the present invention provides a user terminal, a CBS marketing message push system, and a marketing method for a specific area, capable of providing a CBS marketing message targeting a specific area by including a wakeup module identifying the CBS marketing message through the medium application, having a plurality of users, and the marketing application distributed to a smartphone by the marketing host.
