The present invention relates to a parallel simulation method used for estimating a true value of a specific population parameter used in an agent-based model simulation The parallel simulation method comprises: a step (a) of receiving a range assumed to include the true value of the specific population parameter, the number (m) of temporary population parameters to be generated, and the number (n) of processors to be operated; a step (b) of receiving a simulation model having a known target value; a step (c) of generating temporary population parameters having different values as the number (m) of the temporary population parameters within the range and creating a set of the generated temporary population parameters; a step (d) of transmitting the simulation model and a subset of the temporary population parameters obtained by dividing the set of the generated temporary population parameters by n to each of n computers connected to a network and performing a simulation on the simulation model and the subset of the temporary population parameters transmitted to the n computers; and a step (e) of receiving a difference value between a result value for each temporary population parameter value and the target value from each of the n computers and estimating a temporary population parameter having the smallest difference as the true value of the specific population parameter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
