The purpose of the present invention is to provide an agent-based software engineering (ABSE) process and modeling method in which social level characteristics are combined so as to systematically fulfill a modeling that is unable to be represented by an agent complying with the principle of rationality. An agent-based simulation modeling method provided in a computer system comprises the following steps of deriving an actor diagram in which the social level characteristics of a simulation domain are reflected through a requirement analysis of the simulation domain that is to be modeled; deriving a goal diagram from the perspective of each actor included in the actor diagram on the basis of the derived actor diagram, and integrating the goal diagram from the perspective of each actor; and modeling and designing a multi-agent system (MAS) architecture that includes association information about a sub-activity entity involved in achieving a goal in the goal diagram for each actor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
