The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for immediately analyzing large-scale scientific data, and more particularly, to a method capable of immediately processing a query without a data stacking process with respect to scientific experimental data modeled in a multi-dimensional array. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for immediately analyzing the large-scale scientific data includes: a file merging unit for merging scientific data files according to the number of nodes located therein with an instance of a database; a local map process unit for arranging the merged scientific data files in an array structure inside the database; a global map process unit for re-arranging the arranged scientific data files in accordance with an original data-stacking scheme; and a query process unit for processing a query with respect to the re-arranged scientific data files.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
