Provided is a low power and high speed successive approximation analog to digital converter. The low power and high speed successive approximation analog to digital converter of the present invention includes: a bootstrapping unit receiving first and second analog signals; a dual beat output successive approximation analog to digital converting unit which outputs a digital signal of two beats per one clock period section for the first and second analog signals applied through the bootstrapping unit; and a single beat output successive approximation analog to digital converting unit outputting a digital signal of one beat per one clock period section for the first and second analog signals applied through the bootstrapping unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
