The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly cinerary urn that is composed only of natural materials without using chemical adhesives, can absorb moisture and smells by being in direct contact with the remains, and enables hermetical sealing and can prevent the arbitrary separation of a cover via structural combination between wood. The present invention comprises: a bottom plate (10); multiple side plate units (20) having an inner groove part (21) formed thereon to correspond to the thickness of the bottom plate (10) so that the multiple side plate units (20) can be mounted perpendicularly to the bottom plate (10) by surrounding the bottom plate (10) while side surfaces are in contact with one another, and having the shape of a trapezoid with an outer side wider than an inner side; and a cover (30) including a protruding part (31), which is inserted into and combined with an inner space surface formed by the combination of the side plate units (21), and covering the upper ends of the side plate units (20).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
