The present invention relates to an underground purification system by soil flushing, chemical oxidation and extraction of underground contaminants. More specifically, the present invention relates to an underground purification system by soil flushing, chemical oxidation and extraction of underground contaminants, having an excellent merit of reducing processing expenses due to simple structure and process. According to the present invention, water containing detergent for increasing contaminant solubility is injected into pores included in soil through a tubular well, so the contaminants adsorbed in soil are detached from the soil. At the same time, oxidizing agent is injected into underground water and soil contaminated by oil and other oil compounds, so oil contaminants being in contact with the oxidizing agent are decomposed into CO_2 and water under the ground.
