The present invention relates to an agricultural mulching film having a resilient reinforcing member, a manufacturing method therefor, and a construction method therefor and, more specifically, to an agricultural mulching film having a resilient reinforcing member, a manufacturing method therefor, and a construction method therefor, wherein, at the time of paving a mulching film for crops, even when the wind blows or the water is not secured, an efficient mulching work can be performed by even fewer workers without a hard labor work of lifting soil in furrows and covering the mulching film using a tool such as a spade or a hoe; after the pavement of the mulching film is completed, in order to sufficiently supply oxygen into the soil for the growth of crops, smooth ventilation is achieved around a predetermined number of mulching film fixing spots at left, right, and lower sides of the mulching film; and an eco-friendly mulching film which has eco-friendly characteristics can be prepared and installed by suppressing the generation of weeds on furrows and thus using no herbicide, and can be easily collected and reused without the film being finely cut after the harvest of the crop.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
