A method of preventing massive pulmonary embolism in patients with venous thrombosis clinic, which includes compulsory performance of ultrasonic angioscanning basin of the inferior vena cava and right heart, the results make it possible to prevent the development of a massive pulmonary embolism in 80% of patients.
