A method for determining the frequency of feeding young trout and feed efficiency in winter, including the study of young trout in several separate cages holding feeding young trout experiment in each individual cages at different intervals of time during the winter period, the monthly monitoring reference number fishes from each cage for the study of linear-weight growth, morphological and physiological parameters, lipid content in muscle of trout fry, depending on the mode and feeding, a comparative analysis of the consolidated data and the development of practical recommendations on the feeding regime, characterized in that for the study to take only one generation of trout fry, which is in the same hydro-chemical conditions of the water body, and use different modes of feeding in intervals of time during the winter, and on the basis of the received data is selected optimal mode of feeding trout fry.
