A method for diagnosing immunopatalogy human cell, comprising the steps that produce a quantitative estimate of the immune reactivity of monocytes / macrophages, which was isolated from patients blood monocytes, activated in their culture interferon gamma (INFgamma) or interleukin (IL) -4, macrophages receiving the first and second activation type, respectively, and then determine the production of markers corresponding to the types of macrophage activation, whereupon the data obtained are compared with the results of similar studies, made with the blood of dorova donors, based on which a judgment on the condition and the individual characteristics of the immune system and present in connection with this disease and its degree of development, while in the group of the first type macrophage activation markers include proinflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor (TNF) alpha, and the group the second type of activation markers - SS-18 chemokine (CCL18).
