The claimed test bench is designed to assess the rate of formation of deposits in water-cooled glass-forming elements of devices, e.g., rollers stekloprokatnoy machine. The utility model comprises a metal cylinder simulating rolling roll production machine, which is housed in a heat insulating fence and includes a perforated conduit disposed inside the water supply conduit and to divert water from the cylinder. The cylinder is fitted on the outer surface wound with an electric heater, connected in series with the ammeter and voltage regulator normally open contacts intermediate relay. On the outer and inner surface of the cylinder has a thermocouple connected to an automatic electronic potentiometer, the controller is connected to the intermediate relay coil. In operation, the temperature recorded at the outer stand and the inner surface of the cylinder, the cooling water temperature at the inlet and the outlet of the cylinder, the water consumption and during the experiment. The data obtained can be processed by methods of mathematical statistics to calculate quantify sedimentation rates of the cooling water within the glass-forming elements, preventing teplotboru from the chilled surface to water and using, for example, regression analysis, obtaining relationship equation cooling parameters.
