A mixture for producing ferroelectric material having the formula BaSrTiOincludes barium nitrate, nanocrystalline titanium dioxide and potassium nitrate, and additionally contains strontium nitrate, with the following ratio of components, mol %: Ba(NO)10-16; Sr(NO)2.5-4.0; TiO12.5-20; KNO60-75.
