FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for assessing the quality of blood plasma D-dimer detection in the clinical diagnostic laboratory environment, involving analysing reference materials and comparing the analysis results to target values; the method is characterised by choosing a reference procedure most exactly matching with the target values; the D-dimer concentration in two levels of certified reference materials is measured at least twice with the use of the assessed and chosen reference procedures; a match coefficient of the assessed and chosen reference procedures is determined by the following formula: CC = (Yav high-Yav low)/(Xav high-Xav low); the analysis results produced by the assessed procedure are multiplied by the match coefficient, compared to the results produced by the chosen reference procedure, and the quality of blood plasma D-dimer detection is assessed.;EFFECT: invention enables providing more accurate assessment of the quality of D-dimer detection and improving D-dimer detection standardisation.;2 ex, 1 tbl, 3 dwg
