Oxygen feed channel (4) of said adjustable pipe (3) houses the throttle (5) while channel branches (6) communicated with said pipe (3) are communicated with pyrolysis tank (1). Said pyrolysis tank (1) and charring tank (2) make two separate units of claimed device. Pyrolysis tank (1) houses one or several furnace fire grates (7) composed by rotary plates engaged with one or several shafts.
