FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing porous ceramic which can be used in reconstructive surgery as material for bone defect replacement in dentistry. Porous ceramic from calcium phosphate is made using impregnation of porous organic material ceramic slurry containing calcium phosphate powder in amount of 10-60 wt%, sintering additive on the basis of carbonates of alkali and alkali-earth metals, taken in amount of 5-10 wt%, water-soluble organic polymer, decaying at 500-600°C, and water, followed by drying at 180-200°C and thermal treatment in a chamber furnace in temperature range from 850 to 1200°C. Formed as a result of thermal treatment of porous ceramic matrix of calcium phosphates. Technical result is producing porous ceramic with porosity of 60-90%, pore size from 0.1 to 1500 mcm and compression strength 5-12 MPa.;EFFECT: obtaining porous ceramics.;1 cl, 3 ex
