FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assembly production and can be used to connect bearing assembly with car mounted axle by press-fitting. Proposed unit comprises frame, pressing assembly mounted on frame with drive for moving press-fitted parts, sliding stop with case rigidly connected with frame and with hydraulic drive of its movement and lift-turn device which includes plate, turning table installed on plate to turn, support with thrust prisms for installation of wheel pair axle, drives of lift and turning and sensors of upper and lower preset position of wheel pair. At that, plant is equipped with folding lever system, crosswise interconnected hinges and connecting rotary table with support with possibility of vertical plane-parallel movement of lodgement.;EFFECT: using invention provides horizontality of wheel pair axle during whole process of pressing and after its completion.;1 cl, 8 dwg
