High-temperature steam power plant of precritical pressure comprises system of combustion boiler, generator of steam turbine system and system of condensate and feed water, wherein parameters of steam generated in boiler and fed into generator system of steam turbine, are their subcritical pressure and high temperature-temperature at turbine inlet 593 °C or higher.
