FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: repair method involves taking trolley, trolley parts flaw detection with detecting of parts to be replaced, control of replacement parts to form at least side frames, assembly of trolley with installation of replacement parts. Control of side frames involves determining difference value of base size of installed pair of side frames and determination of flatness deviation value of frames. Flatness deviation determined with help of device including case, retaining bar fixed on body post with feet and fixed on rod thrusts. Legs of device are installed on flange side frame opening spring, pressed stops to side surfaces of external and internal guide axle box opening and measured gap between supports and guides, which determines value of flatness deviation. Side frames permit to installation at difference value bases of not more than 2 mm and flatness deviation value of not more than 3 mm.;EFFECT: higher quality of repair.;6 cl, 8 dwg
