FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgical dentistry. After schisis edges refreshing alveolar process of maxilla and a mucous-periosteal flap from a vestibular surface exposing a bone defect of alveolar process, mobilising soft tissues and mucous-periosteal flaps to base of piriform opening and nasal spine, cutting oroantral nasal message and tilted periosteal flaps, forming posterior and superior wall of bed for placing transplant. Lower wall is formed by sewing mobilised mucous-periosteal flaps with palatal side. Then bed is covered with biodegradable Bio-Gide membrane, with smooth surface to soft tissues, rough surface to donor bone transplant. Bone defect edges are refreshed using bit or boron in order, to activate bone forming process. Defect of alveolar process is filled with bone autograft from apical basis to level of journals teeth, on top graft is covered with membrane, with rough surface to bone, overlapping edge of defect by 1-2 mm, with continuation of lower wall. Membrane is laid so that under it remains a small space for implementing directed regeneration. Mucoperiosteal flap is laid from above, wound is closed tightly using U-shaped or single interrupted sutures.;EFFECT: method increases efficiency of atrophied upper jaw in children with congenital cleft upper lip and palate and alveolar process, reduced form and function of alveolar process.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
