Method includes planting of Golden Delicious breed seedlings on M9 stock, planting of trees according to schedule, drip irrigation in vegetation period while maintaining preirrigation threshold of soil moisture at design layer at level of 80 %, mineral nutrition during vegetation period, brought by fertigation, and off-season irrigation. Additionally, in blossoming phase bee pollination is performed with arrangement of two beehives per 1 hectare. Golden Delicious and Ligol breed seedlings are planted on M9 stock according to compacted schedule 4×0.7 m, alternating grades through four rows. Drip irrigation is carried out by development phases with differentiated maintenance of preirrigation threshold of soil moisture in design layer of 0.8 m at level of 80 % HB - “start of vegetation - beginning of blooming”, 70 % HB - “blooming”, 80 % HB - “end of blossoming - fruits ripening”. Mineral nutrition is introduced by fertigation from April till October: ammonium nitrate - 232 kg, potassium sulphate - 129 kg, monopotassium phosphate - 46 kg, orthophosphoric acid - 28 kg, in amount on 1 hectare. At that, off-season irrigation is carried out in third decade of October with norm of 320 m3/ha.;EFFECT: method enables forming a stable grass coating on permanently frozen disturbed soils for protection against water and wind erosion.;1 cl, 7 tbl
