A control system includes a control device, identification information storage units arranged in a plurality of servo amplifiers connected to the control device and configured to store identification part information for identifying each of the plurality of servo amplifiers, communication units configured to perform the communication between the control device and the plurality of servo amplifiers and an automatic adjustment unit configured to automatically set axis configuration parameters to associate correspondence relationships between the plurality of control axes and axes of the plurality of servo amplifiers based on the identification part information and a type of servo amplifier respectively corresponding to the plurality of control axes recognized by software of the control device.
