Food supplements based on a daily dose, the substances: a. DHA and EPA corresponding to 200 to 1900 mg, or 200 to 1500 mg, especially 350-750 mg, preferably 450-650 mg, preferably 550-650 mg, more preferably 540-600 mg fish oil; b. 10 to 30 mg, preferably 12 to 28 mg, especially 15 to 25 mg of lecithin, and c. 1 to 10 micrograms, preferably 3 to 7 micrograms, especially 4.5 to 5.5 micrograms of biotin for infants and 1 to 60 micrograms for adolescents and adults, and other additives customary for the formulation of dietary supplements.
