摘要

The present invention relates to a 4-substituted oxazoloquinolinone derivative, and a compound, which is a salt of the derivative, that show effects of preventing and treating allergic diseases, such as asthma or atopic dermatitis, by controlling intracellular signal transduction due to IL-33. The derivative and the compound of the present invention can effectively suppress the formation of inflammatory reactions of allergic diseases, such as asthma or atopic dermatitis, and thus, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the derivative and the compound can be used to fundamentally prevent or treat various allergies and asthmatic diseases.
