A vehicle gearbox (BV) comprises input (AE) and output (AS) shafts comprising ratio gears (PR11-PR26) for defining ratios, an epicyclic gear train (TE) having a gear axis input (A1) coupled to an output shaft (A2) to which a first connecting pinion (PL1) is fixedly attached, a second pinion gear (PL2) meshing with the first pinion gear (PL1) and a pinion gear ( PR16) freely mounted on the input shaft (AE) and associated with synchronization means (MS), and an electric machine (ME) rotating the input axis (A1) to provide a torque selected to the output shaft (AS) via the output shaft (A2), the first (PL1) and second (PL2) connecting gears, the gear ratio (PR16) and another gear ratio (PR26) secured to the output shaft (AS) and defining a ratio with the gear ratio (PR16).
