POLY-ALPHA-1,3-1,6-GLUCANS FOR VISCOSITY MODIFICATION

摘要

Composition is disclosed poly- α -1 including the weight average degree of polymerization (DPw) at least 1000,3-1,6- glucans herein. This dextran polymer includes at least 30% α -1, and 3 chain and at least 30% α -1,6 times chain. It is further disclosed that the poly- α -1 of synthesis, 3-1, the glucosyltransferase enzyme of 6- glucans. Also disclose poly- α -1,3-1, the ether derivative of 6- glucans and the method for using such derived product as viscosity modifier.
