PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that distinguishes between IPMN, a premalignant lesion of pancreatic cancer, and pancreatic cancer by a minimally invasive method, and inspecting whether a subject has these diseases.SOLUTION: In exosome in body fluid, RNA molecules peculiar to intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm and RNA molecules peculiar to pancreatic cancer exist, and they are used as a biomarker, so that it becomes possible to distinguish between intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm and pancreatic cancer by a minimally invasive method and inspect whether a subject has these diseases.SELECTED DRAWING: None
