PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting scratch by cat at specific place and on various targets.SOLUTION: There is provided an information chemical material composition containing a secretion product obtained from leg of interdigital of cat and consisting of valeric acid, lactic acid and linolic acid and/or a derivative thereof and/or an isomer thereof. There is provided an information chemical material composition analog consisting of the information chemical material composition of 10 to 20% and oleic acid of 60 to 90%. There is provided a method for inhibiting scratch on various other targets by putting the information chemical material or the information chemical material composition analog on a specific target which cat can scratch and attracting cat.SELECTED DRAWING: None
