PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system capable of easily and accurately creating a manufacturing equipment layout plan where manufacturing equipment and identification information thereon are disposed.SOLUTION: An operation management system of the present invention stores, in a manufacturing-equipment-information storage unit, manufacturing equipment information for associating identification information that can uniquely identify each manufacturing equipment with position information on the manufacturing equipment, a management apparatus acquires the manufacturing equipment information from the manufacturing-equipment-information storage unit, arranges manufacturing equipment drawings on a layout plan on the basis of the manufacturing equipment information, and makes communication setting for acquiring operation information. Furthermore, the management apparatus acquires operation information on the manufacturing equipment on the basis of the communication setting by communication, and displays the acquired operation information on the layout plan. The manufacturing-equipment-information storage unit can be provided on a terminal device held by an operator or a control device controlling each manufacturing equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
