PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval support device, retrieval support system, retrieval support method and retrieval support program for more easily selecting data of a candidate who easily attracts a user.SOLUTION: A retrieval support system includes: a storage section which stores profile information of a plurality of users; a reception section which receives a retrieval request of a first user including designation of a retrieval condition for a first item group; a control section which controls a transmission section so as to identify a user candidate satisfying the retrieval condition and transmits profile information including a second item other than a first item for the identified user candidate among the profile information to a display device of the first user, and also acquires measurement information of a brain wave of the first user during displaying profile information. The control section automatically sets a character string included in data of the second item among the profile information of the identified user candidate to an extraction condition for the user candidate to present to the first user when the measurement information of the brain wave shows a predetermined reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
