PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently determine a routing path of a pipeline without depending on experience or skill of a designer even in a building in which obstacles to a pipeline exist.;SOLUTION: A coordinate space is set so as to correspond to a space in which pipeline is arranged (S1). The coordinate space is divided into a plurality of unit regions (S2). A first unit region corresponding to a starting point of a pipeline and a second unit region corresponding to an end point of a pipeline are specified from the plurality of unit regions (S3). At least one third unit region corresponding to a position of an obstacle which exists in the space is specified from the plurality of unit regions, and a type of the obstacle is specified regarding the third unit regions (S4). Based on the type of the obstacle, whether or not the pipeline can pass through the obstacle is determined. In the case of determination that the pipeline cannot pass through the obstacle, a route connecting the first unit region and the second unit region is determined while avoiding the third unit region corresponding to the obstacle (S5).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
