PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forward primer set with high specificity to nucleic acid in a region including codon 13 of a K-ras gene of wild type and G13D variant for high performance amplification, a kit for K-ras gene amplification, a K-ras gene amplification method, a polymorphism analysis method, and a drug efficacy determination method.SOLUTION: A forward primer of an oligomer comprising a specific sequence, a forward primer set for K-ras gene amplification including the forward primer of the oligomer comprising the specific base sequence, a K-ras gene amplification method which amplifies a region including codon 13 of the K-ras gene using nucleic acid from a sample as a template and the forward primer set for K-ras gene amplification in one reaction solution, and a polymorphism analysis method including polymorphism analysis of codon 13 of the K-ras gene.SELECTED DRAWING: None
