PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a game machine board case capable of further reliably preventing a fraud onto a control board, and the game machine board case.SOLUTION: When a front case 32 (a board case) is manufactured, first, a hologram original sheet 60 is electroformed to manufacture an electroformed mold 62 (S1: an electroformed mold manufacturing step). Next, a metal mold 64' with the electroformed mold is configured, the electroformed mold 62 being incorporated in a board case-forming metal mold 65' for forming the front case 32 (S2': a metal mold configuration step). The metal mold 64' with the electroformed mold is configured by fitting the electroformed mold 62 in an electroformed mold fitting part provided on the board case-forming metal mold 65'.
