PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel blood glucose-decreasing agent, 1,5-anhydroglucitol-decreasing agent, blood glucose-decreasing food and drink compositions, and 1,5-anhydroglucitol-decreasing food and drink compositions.;SOLUTION: The blood glucose-decreasing agent according to the present invention comprises catechins. Preferably, catechins comprises methylated catechin. Preferably, the dose of the catechins in this blood glucose-decreasing agent is 300 mg or more to 2000 mg or less.
