PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a transmission signal to be transmitted in a short cycle by eliminating a constraint due to the speed of ultrasonic waves.;SOLUTION: An acoustic measuring device comprises: a transmission signal formation unit for forming a transmission signal with a pseudo noise series signal; a transmission unit for transmitting the transmission signal as an ultrasonic wave in a short cycle; a reception unit for receiving an echo of the ultrasonic wave; and a correlator for identifying an echo corresponding to the transmission signal by performing a correlation process of the echo by the pseudo noise series signal, and for measuring distance from a measurement object on the basis of time difference between the transmission signal and the echo.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
