PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a characteristic model that satisfies both of reference accuracy and characteristics of a surrounding environment which are required for an intelligent sensor.;SOLUTION: A regression analysis part 17 determines each state quantity obtained by a state quantity acquisition part 16 to be an independent variable and also determines a true value to be output as a measuring quantity from an intelligent sensor 20 on the basis of the state quantities to be a dependent variable, and then uses support vector regression to identify a non-linear regression expression that shows a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. At this time, a mathematical programming problem in the support vector regression is set so as to include constraint conditions on: a reference error concerning a measuring quantity to be obtained in a preliminarily designated reference surrounding environment and the true value; and a shift quantity concerning two measuring quantities to be obtained before and after changes in the surrounding environment.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
