PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VOC contaminated air purifier that purifies contaminated air such as with VOC generated in a clean room such as of an electronic device manufacturing plant or in a newly-built residence.;SOLUTION: A two-layer structure of honeycomb rotors that has a honeycomb rotor carrying only a catalyst on the upstream side in a direction of treatment object air circulation and a honeycomb rotor carrying a mixture of an adsorbent with a catalyst in the downstream side partition the two-layer structure of honeycomb rotors into at least a treatment zone, a decomposition zone, a desorption zone, and a purge zone to circulate treatment object air through the treatment zone, thereby making the adsorbent desorb a low-concentration VOC contaminated gas contained in the treatment object air to separate the same away from the treatment object air, making outer air pass through the purge zone, heating the air having passed through the purge zone with a desorption heater to pass through the desorption zone, and heating the air having passed through the desorption zone with a decomposition heater to pass through the decomposition zone, so that purified air having passed through the decomposition zone can be discharged outside of the device.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
