PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact size baumkuchen baking machine which has high heat efficiency, which is lightweight, which can be carried easily and inexpensive.;SOLUTION: A baumkuchen baking machine is configured so that: a pair of a left arm 2 and a right arm arranged with a space on both sides, are attached pivotally, so that the arms can perform reciprocating arc motion; a rolling pin for coating a dough by a single layer to the pair of the left arm and right arm is attached in a horizontal direction; a drive motor for rotating the rolling pin is attached to one of the left arm and right arm; in addition, a housing 1 to which a bearing is attached, the bearing pivotally supports the left and right arm so as to perform reciprocating arc motion freely, for enhancing heat efficiency and covering whole body. One of the left and right arms is moved in the arc motion to a front side by manual operation, the arm is laid on the front side and to which, a single layer of the dough is coated, then the arm is vertically erected by manual operation, then the dough is baked by a heater 6, and these steps are repeated.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
